At Cocora Luxe, we want you to be completely satisfied with your purchase.

We offer a 30-day warranty from the date the product is delivered to cover manufacturing defects.

If your item has a manufacturing defect, you must contact us within 8 days after receiving your order so we can review the case.

To be eligible for an exchange, the item must:

• Be unused
• Be in perfect condition
• Be in its original packaging
• Be in the same condition in which it was received

Cocora Luxe does not offer refunds.

Once the case has been reviewed, we may offer:

• An exchange for the same product, or
• An exchange for another product of equal or similar value

Shipping costs related to exchanges may be the customer’s responsibility, unless a manufacturing defect is confirmed.
